14 people arrested during Holly Hill drug raid

HOLLY HILL, Florida. – The Volusia Sheriff’s Office announced 14 arrests Tuesday following a drug arrest at the Holly Hill home.

The deputies said the house at 817 S. Flamingo Drive had been reported several times in the past with “narcotic activity.” The deputies added that it was also the site of several overdose calls, one of which was fatal.

On Tuesday morning, the Eastern Volusian Narcotics Task Force, the Volusian Bureau of Investigation and the VSO SWAT team executed a search warrant on the house, arresting all 14 people inside, the VSO said.

According to the report, small amounts of crack cocaine and fentanyl were found on the property, and several neighbors came out to thank the detectives for their work.

According to the VSO, 14 of those arrested have been identified and charged with the following:

  • Alice Favors, 61 – $6,000 bail

  • Nicole Lovelace – $6,000 bail

  • Trevel Wylie – $11,000 bail

  • Ashley McElvin – $11,000 bail

  • Billy McMakin (landlord) – $6,000 bond

  • Louis Reed – $1,000 bond

  • Linda White – $1,000 bond

  • Felicia Brooks – $2,000 bail

    • Giving a false name to law enforcement

    • Storage of drugs

    • Violation of pre-trial release

  • Charles Ruckman – $1,000

  • Wayne Ford – $1,000 bond

  • Eric Ross – $1,000 bond

  • Mary Favors – $1,000 bond

  • Stacey Ryan – $1,000 bond

  • Daniel Lanning – $1,000 bond
