According to the report, a Jacksonville man was arrested after ordering an elderly victim to pay him $100,000.

JACKSONVILLE, Florida. A Jacksonville man was arrested after police said he ordered the victim to pay him $100,000 or he would harm her and her family, according to police.

On July 4, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was sent out due to domestic unrest. Upon arrival, police contacted the victim, who stated that Mobley had been verbally threatened several times on her home phone.
She told the police that the suspect ordered her to transfer $100,000 to him or he would kill her. The victim told the JSO that she is an elderly person and fears for her life, the lives of her daughter and grandson, as the suspect is a threat to them.
The second victim reported that Mobley stalked and harassed her and her mother, and also tried to extort money from her mother. She also said that the suspect’s propensity for violence had worsened recently.
