Greta Gerwig wrote and directed the film.

Cillian Murphy (as J. Robert Oppenheimer): “And they won’t get it.”

Christopher Nolan’s biopic Oppenheimer, starring Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer, came in second.

Christopher Nolan: “This is just one of the great stories, and so I tried to use it and let the audience feel what it’s like to be Oppenheimer when he went through all these crazy events.”
