JACKSONVILLE, Florida. Gov. Ron DeSantis is threatening to sue Bud Light’s parent company after its stock plummeted.

Earlier this year, AB InBev launched a marketing campaign featuring a transgender influencer.

As a result, Bud Light’s sales plummeted. The governor said the decline could affect the state’s pension savings.

During an appearance on Fox News Thursday night, DeSantis said the state owned a large amount of AB InBev stock in the Fed’s government pension plan before the crash.
