PENSACOLA, Florida. – Need a place to stay? Airbnb is making that decision easier with a new report that lists the most welcoming hosts in every state.
To find them, Airbnb analyzed ratings and reviews to find out which hosts go the extra mile for their guests. This can include anything from a quick response and a seamless check-in process to a spotless home and prioritizing health and safety.
According to an Airbnb report, the data collected by Airbnb led to Clara, the #1 Airbnb host in Florida.
Clara runs Magical Jewel Cottage in College Park, Pensacola.
The 1-bed, 1-bath cottage features modern décor, a cozy patio and even a coffee bar. Its private driveway and entrance are fenced off from Clara’s house, according to her list. She also revealed that the hotel used to have a massage spa that creates a soothing and peaceful atmosphere as soon as they step inside.
Clara also said that guests will receive several free items during their stay.
When the guests were leaving, Clara said that she liked to say goodbye in person, since she was very close.

With over 200 reviews, Clara has received a 5 star rating as seen from her listing.
“The best part is that Clara cares about you as her best friends rather than clients, making you feel like royalty,” one guest named Carola wrote.
“Clara was very friendly and helpful. She gave tons of recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She even took the time to write our names on the welcome board, which I think was such a cute touch,” Brooklyn wrote in her review.
“Airbnb is tucked away behind the owner’s house so you feel like you have enough privacy but close enough in case you need anything. Clara was great for checking us in and giving us suggestions for activities and restaurants to try,” said Zachary, another guest who stayed at the cottage in April.
The Magical Jewel Cottage is $127 per night. Check out the list here.
