Peeping Tom is arrested for burglary of Tamarack’s house, committing an indecent act; investigators looking for possible additional victims
TAMARAC, Florida. (FloridaToday.news) – Detectives from the Tamarack County Sheriff’s Office in Broward, working in coordination with the VIPER BSO (Proactive Violence Response), have apprehended a peeping Tom who was caught on camera robbing a house engaging in a lewd and lascivious act. Investigators suspect the suspect may have been the victim of others.
The incident took place at approximately 2:44 AM Friday, July 14, at the 5700 block of Mulberry Drive, Tamarack, when the Broward County Regional Communications Office received a burglary report. According to the victim, an unknown man, armed with an unidentified object, knocked on the sliding door of her bedroom and tried to get inside. Local deputies of the BSO promptly left for the scene.
CCTV footage from the victim’s home shows the suspect walking into the compound, then entering an enclosed patio where he exposed himself while peering through the sliding glass door of the victim’s bedroom. The victim reported that the suspect tried to open the sliding glass door before fleeing on foot.
Thorough investigation methods allowed detectives to identify the suspect as 29-year-old Brenden Anthony Louisent, a resident of Tamarack. On Monday, July 17, Luisan was taken into custody and taken to the main prison of the BSO. Now he is charged with voyeurism, exposure of the genitals, stalking, theft of an occupied home, loitering and vagrancy.
