Woman found dead in car outside Seffner’s home
According to Sheriff Chronister, detectives are actively looking for the man who committed this “cold-blooded murder.”
SEFFNER, Florida. An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead in a car outside a home in Seffner, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.
Around 1:15 a.m., dispatchers were reportedly called by someone who either could not or did not want to speak. The deputies were sent to the area where the call came from, a house on Orange Street near East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the report said.
When the deputies arrived, they said they found a dead woman in a car near the house. She suffered a “serious injury to her upper body”.
“I am saddened by the brutality of this crime against a woman who has just returned home from a long day,” Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement. “Our detectives are working hard to find the person who committed this cold-blooded murder and ensure that the victim’s family sees justice for their loved one.”
Detectives are actively working to establish who committed this crime. According to the sheriff’s office, there is no danger to the public.
